Annual Project Prom Gown Giveaway Begins March 25th

If you're a high school student in need of a prom dress, we've got you covered! The Department of Human Services will hold its annual Project Prom dress giveaway starting on March 25th.

To be eligible to receive a dress, high school students must live in Allegheny County and qualify for free or reduced school lunch. A student is also eligible if a household member is on active military duty or is a veteran.

Project Prom offers an assortment of free dresses in a range of sizes and colors. Participating teens will be able to pick out a gown, shoes, and accessories.
