Heths Park Survey
Due to requests submitted by the District 7 City Council Office, nearly $100,000 in funding from the CIty's capital budget has been allocated for improvements to Heths Park/Playground. Morningside residents are encouraged to complete the survey below to help guide how these funds will be used.
