Community Bridge Meeting
Message from Alicia Romano, CEO of Community Bridge

The Community Bridge Program offers a helping hand to low-risk, unhoused individuals, focusing on finding employment and creating a pathway to stable housing.
We warmly invite you to join us for a Community Meeting to learn more about the program and how it is making a difference.
This meeting will provide updates on the program and offer a chance to meet the Community Bridge Team and CHS leadership. We welcome your questions, feedback, and ideas to ensure this program continues to benefit everyone.
